Warranty Policy

Neura warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase when used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.

What We’ll Do:
If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, Neura will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product at no charge, or

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.

If the product or parts are no longer available, Neura may provide a comparable replacement or a refund equal to the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents)

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by water beyond the stated life-level water-resistance rating

How to Claim

  1. Keep the original box it came with.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  3. Contact Neura Support at contact@neuramalta.com with a description of the issue and photos or videos if possible.

  4. We’ll guide you through shipping or drop-off instructions.

    • If a return is required, we’ll cover standard shipping for approved warranty claims.

Your Legal Rights:
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights under local consumer protection laws which remain unaffected.
